TwoFortyThirty is located on West 30th Street in the heart of Chelsea in Midtown Manhattan, centered just steps away from Hudson Yards, Javits Center, MSG, Moynihan Train Hall, and Penn Station.

With two floors of event space, TwoFortyThirty can accommodate a wide range of guest counts, including groups as small as twenty (20) for meetings, as large as eighty (80) for cocktail receptions, and sixty (60) for seated dinners.

At TwoFortyThirty you can host an assortment of events within our boutique and intimate spaces; press viewings, photo and video shoots, department offsites, all-day meetings and presentations, social events, corporate receptions, VIP seated dinners and chef’s tastings, and more!

Yes! TwoFortyThirty includes all in-house furniture, artwork, LED lighting, and sound systems in the venue rental. You provide the guests, and we’ll provide the vibes!

The furniture and artwork can be removed for a fee.

TwoFortyThirty only allows food and alcoholic beverages to be provided by an established, insured catering company. A list of preferred caterers can be provided to you.

Our private patio is included with the rental of Floor 1, and we are excited to be opening our rooftop space in 2024.

With three conference rooms and two event floors, TwoFortyThirty can provide breakout spaces for diverse and creative meetings and events.

Wi-Fi and sound systems are provided on event floors. Rentals of our three conference rooms include Wi-Fi and large flatscreen monitors. Additional AV needs can be provided by TwoFortyThirty’s audiovisual partner, ProSho.

TwoFortyThirty welcomes any insured DJ or live band. Rental of Floor 1 includes an upright Kingsburg piano and even built-in SONOS speakers for those who just prefer to just plug and play!

TwoFortyThirty has an esteemed roster of vendor-partners that we’ve aligned with to create hassle-free turnkey experiences. We also welcome your preferred, insured, and approved vendors as well.

Yes, when requested. TwoFortyThirty offers turnkey experiences that include AV, food, non-alcoholic beverages, and essential staff. We can also customize a turnkey experience based on your specific event needs.
